Last Wednesday, we were fortunate to welcome Quinner Baird, founder of Caliper, a world-renowned industrial design studio, to our second Forum.

The first DIIR Displays exhibition has come to an end. We would like to thank Santa & Cole for taking part in this wonderful exhibition.

Next March, we will have the opportunity to host an event at Espacio DIIR organised by Fantastic Frank. We will be discussing future residential projects.

We are delighted to launch the DIIR Forum series with a distinguished guest: Biel Huguet. It was a pleasure to gain a deeper insight into the experience of a company like Huguet.

DIIR Forum is our platform for knowledge exchange, bringing external voices into the studio to connect architecture with other creative disciplines.

Our Casa AMR project has been featured in AD Germany. We are incredibly proud that, following the warm reception this article received in AD Spain, it is now reaching readers in other countries.

Throughout January, you can visit our first DIIR Display, an exhibition organised by Santa & Cole showcasing some of their latest designs.

Now that we’ve entered the first few months of construction at Casa CS, we’d like to share some of the latest renderings we’ve produced. We’re continuing to provide details on some of the materials and spaces featured in this ambitious project.

We would like to thank NEO2 for this article, which offers an in-depth look at the inner workings of Casa VA, one of the studio’s latest residential projects. It is a highly conceptual project that explores and reimagines certain approaches to domestic living.

Greta has been selected as the featured project for June’s Archive. A work defined by its monochromatic approach, where green is introduced through a series of constructive solutions that build a vibrant, atmospheric space.

DIIR travels to Copenhagen for 3 Days of Design, a platform that brings together designers from around the world to explore the latest trends and innovations showcased by leading design brands.

The NM28 lamp, designed by NM3, has been selected to light the most iconic space at Espacio DIIR. Its subtle design interacts in perfect harmony with the signature six-metre-long table.

We revisit one of the studio’s most cherished projects to present May’s new Archive. MUPAC was a public competition held in 2019, in which we were awarded third prize.

On May 29th, DIIR had the pleasure of hosting an Opening Day at Covarrubias 19. A day of celebration in which we shared a wonderful experience with all our guests.

DIIR travels to Mexico during the last two weeks of May to explore opportunities across different sectors. A perfect occasion to connect with leading studios and explore potential collaborations.

On May 22nd, we will have the pleasure of inaugurating one of our first international projects. The new Armedangels store is located on Ehrenstraße, one of the main commercial streets in Cologne.

As part of the “Chispazos de talento” event, we will be presenting our work on May 14th at the Albacete delegation of COACM. We would like to thank the association for the invitation.

The second Diplomatic store takes centre stage in April’s Archive. A space where geometry plays a fundamental role, both in the layout of the floor plan and in the creation of its distinctive dome.

“PURE STEEL” is the feature by Arquitectura y Diseño magazine dedicated to our Casa SB. A home conceived through the contrast and balance between warm materials such as wood and colder ones like steel.

We continue work on our first project in Germany. The first flagship store for Armedangels will open next month. A major challenge to which we are dedicating all our efforts.

Coinciding with the month of its celebration, DIIR’s third Archive revisits ARCO. A project developed alongside HANGHAR two years ago, in which we had the opportunity to reinterpret the traditional verbena.

We open a new project on Calle Manuel Silvela in Madrid. After months of work, we present a conceptual and experimental space designed to act as a platform for a wide range of activities.

On the occasion of ARCO 2025, we have had the pleasure of hosting the wonderful collection by gallery ARTNUEVE in our space. The exhibition will be open to visitors throughout the week.

This new Archive, corresponding to February, revisits Casa Neutrale Coffee Shop, our first specialty coffee shop on Calle Regueros. A beautiful challenge that we remember with great fondness.

On February 21st, DIIR will take part in a round table discussion as part of the COAM X Madrid Design Festival session. We will be presenting Neutrale, a project awarded in the latest edition of the COAM Awards.

“Casa Música, the restaurant that transforms after dark.” We’re very pleased to see this feature by NEO2, which perfectly captures the essence of Casa Música: a space where HI-FI sound meets a simple yet flavourful gastronomic experience.

DIIR’s new Archive was created as a way to revisit past projects and share the ideas that shaped them from the very beginning. We begin with PAU, our first project in the retail sector.

We present our conceptual proposal for the new Scalpers headquarters in Seville. A project that adapts to the existing structure while introducing a series of interventions that activate each floor through the use of vegetation.

We travelled to the German city of Cologne to continue developing the conceptual proposal for Armedangels. During the visit, we explored the future site and shared the first ideas and concepts for this new space.

After months of work, we have completed one of our most anticipated projects. Casa SO is the renovation of a 500 m² single-family home in Madrid. The first images of the project will be released soon.

We wrap up a year of evolution, marked by change and countless new developments. From DIIR, we want to thank you for your invaluable support and wish you a Happy New Year filled with health and love.

We end the year by presenting another project, this time residential. Casa SA explores a concept based on an innovative layout, where two diagonal axes structure and organise the entire program hierarchy.

We have completed one of the most anticipated projects of the year. Casa Música is our fourth contribution to the Casa Neutrale universe. A space where sound takes centre stage and defines the design of every corner.

On the 11th, we had the pleasure of welcoming Simorra to our space, where they hosted a special event. We’re sharing a selection of images from the day.

This week we will be giving a lecture at the Master’s in Advanced Architectural Projects at ETSAM. We would like to thank the university for the invitation — it is always a pleasure to return to our home.

We inaugurate a new retail space on Calle Regueros, in Madrid’s Justicia neighbourhood. Dinamo is a clean, raw aesthetic space whose versatility is designed to host a wide range of temporary events.

Last Thursday the 21st, we took part in a round table alongside BURR and Casa Antillón, organised as part of the Interihotel fair. We are very grateful for the invitation and for the opportunity to contribute our small part.

The second location for Deleito is dressed for its official opening. We are very happy to sign this new space located on Calle Roger de Flor in Barcelona — a project that clearly reinforces the brand’s expansion.

We inaugurate a new retail project on Calle Fuencarral in Madrid. After months of work, we present the first project developed for EME Studios — a space where materiality shapes the narrative of the design.

Last week, we had the honour of receiving the Emerging Studio 2024 award from the Architecture Madrid Awards (AMA). At DIIR, we would like to thank the jury for this wonderful recognition.

On October 23rd, we had the honour of officially inaugurating the new DIIR space at Covarrubias 19. A wonderful evening in which we had the pleasure of sharing our new home with clients, family and friends.

We continue developing this residential project in El Viso, Madrid. An ambitious challenge aimed at transforming a four-storey historic building through the exploration of new housing programmes.

We are very happy to receive a double recognition at the COAM Awards 2024 ceremony. Our Municipal Library in Los Molinos has been awarded ex-aequo in the Emerging Category. In addition, we received a special mention in the Interior Design category for the Neutrale Flagship Store. Many thanks to COAM and the jury for this recognition.

Greta Mejía Lequerica is our second restaurant for the Greta brand. A space that preserves the identity of the first location, while introducing new materials and textures.

We continue to expand our work in the hospitality sector. Our new retail space on Calle San Mateo is starting to take shape, with the main structural elements in concrete block now completed.

Months of key work to complete TonTon, the new restaurant on Jordan Street. We collaborated with Pablo Bolumar on the lighting and carried out multiple tests to achieve an intimate atmosphere.

We have completed a new residential project in El Viso, Madrid. The distinctive island clad in oak paneling becomes the heart of the home and acts as the axis around which everything else is organized.

Excited to begin working with the fashion brand EME Studios. Our first concept proposes a store under construction that will evolve over the coming months.
