This coming March, we will have the opportunity to host an event organized by Fantastic Frank at Espacio DIIR. We are partnering with this real estate agency, which specializes in exclusive properties, to discuss Madrid’s position in the residential market.


We traveled to Florence to launch our first project in Italy. It’s a retail space focused on the world of matcha, where we’ll have the opportunity to create an innovative and inspiring concept.

We continued the series of lectures organized by the Hispalyt Ceramic Forum with a new presentation. We visited La Salle University in Barcelona to showcase the studio’s projects using ceramic materials.

DIIR travels to Copenhagen for 3 Days of Design, a platform that brings together designers from around the world to explore the latest trends and innovations showcased by leading design brands.


The NM28 lamp, designed by NM3, has been selected to light the most iconic space at Espacio DIIR. Its subtle design interacts in perfect harmony with the signature six-metre-long table.


We revisit one of the studio’s most cherished projects to present May’s new Archive. MUPAC was a public competition held in 2019, in which we were awarded third prize.

On May 29th, DIIR had the pleasure of hosting an Opening Day at Covarrubias 19. A day of celebration in which we shared a wonderful experience with all our guests.

The second Diplomatic store takes centre stage in April’s Archive. A space where geometry plays a fundamental role, both in the layout of the floor plan and in the creation of its distinctive dome.

Coinciding with the month of its celebration, DIIR’s third Archive revisits ARCO. A project developed alongside HANGHAR two years ago, in which we had the opportunity to reinterpret the traditional verbena.

We open a new project on Calle Manuel Silvela in Madrid. After months of work, we present a conceptual and experimental space designed to act as a platform for a wide range of activities.


On the occasion of ARCO 2025, we have had the pleasure of hosting the wonderful collection by gallery ARTNUEVE in our space. The exhibition will be open to visitors throughout the week.


This new Archive, corresponding to February, revisits Casa Neutrale Coffee Shop, our first specialty coffee shop on Calle Regueros. A beautiful challenge that we remember with great fondness.


On February 21st, DIIR will take part in a round table discussion as part of the COAM X Madrid Design Festival session. We will be presenting Neutrale, a project awarded in the latest edition of the COAM Awards.

After months of work, we have completed one of our most anticipated projects. Casa SO is the renovation of a 500 m² single-family home in Madrid. The first images of the project will be released soon.

We end the year by presenting another project, this time residential. Casa SA explores a concept based on an innovative layout, where two diagonal axes structure and organise the entire program hierarchy.

We have completed one of the most anticipated projects of the year. Casa Música is our fourth contribution to the Casa Neutrale universe. A space where sound takes centre stage and defines the design of every corner.

This week we will be giving a lecture at the Master’s in Advanced Architectural Projects at ETSAM. We would like to thank the university for the invitation — it is always a pleasure to return to our home.

We inaugurate a new retail space on Calle Regueros, in Madrid’s Justicia neighbourhood. Dinamo is a clean, raw aesthetic space whose versatility is designed to host a wide range of temporary events.


Last Thursday the 21st, we took part in a round table alongside BURR and Casa Antillón, organised as part of the Interihotel fair. We are very grateful for the invitation and for the opportunity to contribute our small part.


The second location for Deleito is dressed for its official opening. We are very happy to sign this new space located on Calle Roger de Flor in Barcelona — a project that clearly reinforces the brand’s expansion.

On October 23rd, we had the honour of officially inaugurating the new DIIR space at Covarrubias 19. A wonderful evening in which we had the pleasure of sharing our new home with clients, family and friends.

Months of key work to complete TonTon, the new restaurant on Jordan Street. We collaborated with Pablo Bolumar on the lighting and carried out multiple tests to achieve an intimate atmosphere.

We have completed a new residential project in El Viso, Madrid. The distinctive island clad in oak paneling becomes the heart of the home and acts as the axis around which everything else is organized.


Excited to begin working with the fashion brand EME Studios. Our first concept proposes a store under construction that will evolve over the coming months.

The blend between the new and the old will define this restaurant on Jordan Street. The existing structure is carefully studied to bring out the essence of the space and enhance its best qualities.
