Management of the personnel selection process for the Group companies and of the relationship with you as a job candidate.

Consent granted by you for inclusion in the database of candidates for employment in the companies of the Group.

RECIPIENTS

Your data may be transferred to companies of DIIR Group (the “Group”), on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of DIIR to meet your request for information.

Providers of services additional to those indicated in section 3c will not access your personal data.

Your data may be transferred to Group companies on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of DIIR, because the CVs tool is used for the selection of personnel for the entire Group. In addition to the service providers indicated in section 3c. may access your personal data, personnel selection service providers.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Your data may be transferred to Group companies, for the purposes indicated in the “Recipients” column in relation to Group companies located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) as shown in this link.

These transfers would be made on the basis of the signature with said companies located outside the EEA of standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission for international transfers.

CONSERVATION PERIOD

Until the resolution of your request for information.

DIIR keep candidate database for 3 years counted from the time you provided your resume to DIIR.  Once this period is fulfilled, the blocking obligation imposed by the legislation could be applied.

We inform you that you can exercise the following rights:

  1. Right of access to your personal data to know which ones are being processed and the processing operations carried out with them.
  2. Right to rectify any inaccurate personal data.
  3. Right to delete your personal data, when this is possible.
  4. Right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data when the accuracy, legality or necessity of processing the data is in doubt, in which case, we may keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
  5. Right to the portability of your personal data, when the legal basis that enables us to process those indicated in the table above is the contractual relationship or consent;
  6. Right to oppose the processing of your personal data, when the legal basis that enables us to process it, of those indicated in the table above, is legitimate interest.
